All housekeeping units: Designed to accommodate a single-family unit.  If deposit by Check and Balance is paid in CASH, MONEY-ORDER, or TRAVELERS CHECKS, a 3% discount is deducted from your Unit Rate. All Reservations: No refunds unless your unit can be rented for the same days.  If you must cancel, please do so as early as possible.  If we rent your unit, we will gladly refund your deposit less a 10% service charge.  13% if charged, $10.00 minimum. Please, NO surprises on check-in day.

Deposit Required

• $200.00 per weekly rental per unit.
• Two-night rate for all other accommodations.

Reservations

• Will not be held without a deposit.
• All deposits must be received within 7 days.
• Balance to be paid upon arrival.
• Only ONE CAR per unit as parking is limited.

Housekeeping Units

• Have Attached Deck, Picnic Table and Gas Barbeque, Shower, Kitchen is Fully Equipped, Upright Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Microwaves, Oven and Ceiling Fan.

Motel Units and Efficiencies

• Tile baths with showers and use of outdoor umbrella tables and barbeque.

All Units

• Color cable TV, wall-to-wall carpeting, refridgerator and air conditioning.

Boats

• Bringing your own boat or renting one, we must know in advance.

Departure
